To be an effective facilitator, it is essential to have experienced Horse Assisted Activities, understanding the concept of "mirroring" and the dynamics of the group.

During these two intensive days, each participant will engage in profound self-reflection, which will help them understand and empathize with the experiences their future clients may have during Horse Assisted Activities.

Furthermore, the horses will reflect aspects of ourselves that we need to work on in order to become neutral, confident, and trustworthy facilitators.
