NEW TRAINING

Horse Assisted Organizational Constellarions

July 25 and 26, 2026
Organizational constellations are a diagnostic tool that uses symbolic representations to reveal the hidden dynamics, patterns, and conflicts within an organization.

Based on the systemic perspective, they help to identify imbalances and obstacles that interfere with performance and development.

The technique makes the invisible visible, offering a new perspective for finding solutions and making strategic decisions.
Organizational Constellations
In this two-day seminar, students will learn how to integrate horses, understanding how the herd, in a natural state, can literally and perfectly represent and reflect everything that is happening in the organization, and, from there, make the appropriate systemic movements to bring order for the benefit of the system.
